Hello all,
Can someone guide me which category i am eligible to file my Labor with current employer?
As of today, i have bachelors + 6 yrs of experience. But when i joined my current employer, i had 4 years of exp.
1. Am i eligible for EB2 category with Current employer?
2. Or do i need to change current employer and file my GC?

Hello
My EB3 I140 got approved in June2008. I am planning to convert EB3 to EB2 and preparing to apply labor through EB2. If EB2 labor got denied, is my EB3 I140 still valid? Do i get a RFE if apply for I485 using EB3 I140? Any Lawyers please..

Hi,
Got an RFE for my wife to complete the required vaccinations. She did not take 2 required vaccinations when we filed I-485 as we were expecting a baby. USCIS along with the RFE sent the original I-693 form that had been submitted and asked us to present this form to the same surgeon to complete the medical.
Question:
At this point, I believe that USCIS does not have the medical record (I-693) as they returned it to us. Will the surgeon have to give a new I-693 consolidating the new 2 tests + the tests taken earlier? This case we will send a new I-693 comprising of all tests taken to date.
OR
Specify only the 2 tests that are done now and we send to USCIS the returned OLD copy + new COPY with the 2 tests?

I think if you are out of the country for 1 year u can get 3 yr extension. But you would get counted in the quota though,fresh H1, I think.

Folks,
I know this may be a little of topic but just bear with me. I am simply looking at alternatives in case the GC does not pull through. Does any one over here have any experiences living and working in the Middle east ? I just read an article about Saudi Arabia's economy dealing with record unemployment. They are in the process of taking jobs away from foreigners and giving it to the locals.
Where do we go to look for jobs in the Middle east. Any advice on this topic would be greatly appreciated. I'm praying my GC does finally pull through.

I'm creating a car game. i managed to get the car moving and all, but i dunno how to make the car collide with the obstacles when it hits it.
How do i make it such away that if the car overlaps the kind of obstacle i want, dont have to be simple shapes but mostly oddly shaped obstacles, it would stop. that'll be good.

My law school roommate and long time friend Henry Olsen is the vice president of the conservative think tank the American Enterprise Institute. I have married my wife last friday. we have been living together for almost two years and own a home together for 6 months. I have been in the stats on A2 visa up until now (3.5 years). I have the doctor's letter on hand and I want to apply for my adjustment of status by early next week. I was told that I will ( MUST LIKELY) receive my I-131 travel document approved in no earlier than 3 months from the time of filling. I have bought tickets to go with my wife to New-Zealand for our best friends wedding on november 5th which means I won't have the travel document on hand in time.
What can I do?

Just wanted to remind members we only have 4 days left until the deadline for the letter campaign for Administration Fixes!!! Please print out some copies of the template # 1 for example, and collect signatures and addresses from your friends and colleagues. They will support you and their signature can really help our numbers. We need big numbers if we are going to make an impact.
I read we have 26,000 members -it would be something wonderful if everyone took 5 minutes to do this. At the very least, do it for yourself and your family. I don't want us to fail this effort.

My wife's finger printing fee was rejected last month even though we sent the correct fee. We sent the fee again.
But in the mean while, we also recieved our finger printing notices. Does anyone know as when we would get our EADs ?

bigboy007: As long as you have filled the form given by ASC officer and she has endorsed your FP notice, You are fine. ASC officer was right, single finger print will cover both of your applications. Just relax, I see no issues.
